This document specifies the scope of guarantees for each item of goods as well as guarantee conditions, and sets procedure to handle guarantee claims submitted by consumers.

This low-energy detached house is located in the village of Nedožery - Brezany, in the district of Prievidza. The house is inhabited by a four-member family; it was finished and made operational on 01.12.2007. It is a standard modern detached house built by DEK, Martin, type SO 01, which fulfills the criteria for placement in the NED (Low-Energy House) group.
