After completion of test operation of its administrative building in Jeseník, constructed in line with the nZEB standard and closely monitored for a period of two years by a team of staff of UCEEB (University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings), FENIX Group has also turned its attention to similarly equipped family houses.

PROJECT CAMEB – a control algorithm for a superior control unit controlling all technical equipment used in a fully electrified family home built to the nZEB standard, fitted with a rooftop PV system, battery storage system, ventilation with heat recovery and electric radiant heating. A two-year project implemented via cooperation between CTU - UCEEB, Fenix, TECO, S-Power, AERS and WAFE. Project location: OMICE. Investor: Ing. Dalibor Veverka.

Co-operation of a 7.2 kWp roof PVE with a 26kWh home battery and a power grid. The battery serves not only for 100% in-house utilization of PVE energy, but also for active cooperation with the power grid, i.e. it is charged at the time of the low tariff (LT), during the high tariff (HT) time it takes full energy supply of the building.
