FENIX at EXPO 2017 Astana

On June 19th we were proud to hold a conference in the Czech pavilion at Astana EXPO 2017, which was attended by our partners from Kazakhstan and Tajikistan with their clients and distributors.

The Conference was opened by a short welcoming speech of the Czech Сommissar in Kazakhstan Mr. Jan Krs. Then with the presentation we introduced our holding and our brand new concept for houses in the 2020 standard – houses with nearly zero energy consumption. The main showing of the project was followed by an active discussion and afterwards by a guided tour around the pavilion, where our guests could look more closely at the real model of Fenix pilot project. We are glad to admit, that in the entire exposition there showed up the so-called Czech "fištrón", meaning wit, cleverness, imagination and inventiveness in all the projects. As a pleasant ending of the program the gala lunch for our guests was organized in a restaurant Czech Forest. Once again we saw the traditional Czech cuisine and beer to perfectly represent our country and were very satisfied to see how big success it had with our guests. All in all we evaluate the conference very positively – the attendance was high (approx. 30 participants) and we believe our guests left enriched with new information and experience.

FENIX company represents at the Astana EXPO 2017 its new concept for buildings in the 2020 standard, or the so-called houses with almost zero energy consumption. The proposed concept considers the use of buildings equipped with battery storage as active elements of the energy distribution network. The pilot project, launched by FENIX in June 2016, is aimed to test the possibilities and ways of using and controlling such a building in practice. The tested object is the new administrative centre in Jesenik, which model is now exposed at the EXPO. On the tablet devices right near the model there is a running animation, where our energy concept is introduced in details (also can be viewed at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwhU3LWFlNB5z1CkSiYVx9g). On another tablet there is an informational leaflet with all the details of the pilot project. On the third tablet there is an active access to the cloud (http://data.fenixgroup.cz), where the current operating parameters of the tested building are displayed  real-time (current consumption of energy, production of PV system, battery condition, self-sufficiency of the building, the condition of the internal environment, etc.).
